As eaters, we frequently seek out experiences that ignite our senses. Here, the homemade taste is palpable; you won't find any frozen items on the plate. As Maria S. expresses, one of the standout offerings includes their tortas, chilaquiles, and sopes, each adorned with fresh, hand-made tortillas and rich sauces that elevate the dining experience. The green sauce on their meats, a highlight as noted by Alejandro E., is an exceptional companion that adds depth and spiciness to your meal.
However, be prepared for a bit of a wait. While patience is required for your meal to arrive, rest assured knowing that every minute spent in anticipation is worth it. The delay is only a testament to the care taken in preparing each dish, as Jaz B. shares about her long-standing love for El Rincon Chilango, having visited since her daughter was just three months old. The nostalgic essence of the food keeps customers returning time and again.

Muy buena comida, el servicio también muy buena atención incluso si pides para llevar pero uno poco elevado en precio aun así creo que calidad mata precio y creo eso es lo que pagas, sin duda voveria y mas por su carne en salsa verde excelente

The food is amazing all the food has a home made taste ! Nothing has a frozen taste. They do take a little too long to get your food but it's only because it's freshly made . Totally worth it ! Been going there since my daughter was 3 months old and she is now 21 . Great food

Riquísima la comida 100% DF me encanta las tortas , chilaquiles, sopes, gorditas y las salsas muy ricas un poco tardado porque la comida la hacen al momento y platillos tmb con tortillas echas a mano

I came in for quick, healthy bite while I was enjoying how lovely Santa Ana's Downtown Area offers gems like this one. A simple menu with all the necessary Mexican usuals along with the standard soups that usually offered on weekends, primarily. I ordered a soup, and I got a cheaper off menu option that they must of made just for my price point. The owner was charming and we chatted about the classic 1960's videos playing on their TV. I was the only customer there and it felt like I was in their own American Dream. If you have a hearing disability, for this kind of restaurant, it's as good as it gets. It was minimal but I feel like they might have been quieter than usual.

There are not a lot of places which have chicharrón prensado in the menu. And even less restaurants have good tasting chicharrón prensado. El Rincón Chilango got it right and serves delicious chicharrón prensado tacos and quesadillas.

The Quesadillas were lit asf the Horchata lit as well and the Fresas con Crema was so good and they got my order correct first try. The service was awesome.

Yummy. I could eat her everyday. I love to get the choriburro no chipotle sub green salsa add sour cream.
